We use Interpretable Context Methodology (ICM) by Jake Van Clief to structure our agent workflows as simple folder + markdown contracts instead of brittle code.
Numbered stages (00_context, 01_research, etc.), clear handoffs, plain text as the interface. Makes everything auditable, hot-reloadable, and future-proof.
